Booking can be a complex and confusing process so we have tried to keep it as simple and easy to do as possible. If you have any questions that aren't answered here, please get in touch and we can go through everything in person.

Pepper is dedicated to ensuring that these 3 months are a full experience and that you are getting maximum value for money. We aim to make payment as easy as possible for you. The following is an outline of our payment plan. Please contact us with any queries you may have!

When you book, we will be happy to hold a guaranteed spot (subject to availability of options) on the Experience for you for 1 week, however, due to demand, if we haven’t received a deposit within 7 days we will be forced to offer the spot to the next person in line.

- An initial deposit of £450 must be made with each booking for a 5 week experience

- The first invoice will be for 30% of the total Expereince price, and must be paid as follows: At the latest, 5 months (150 days) before the start date of a 5 week Experience

- The second invoice for the remaining amount must be paid as follows: At the latest, 3 month (90 days) before the start of a 5 week Experience
